The company’s Founder, Mrs Sathya Bhagavathi always had the desire to start her own business, be a Self Reliant Women & desire to work towards betterment of the society.

Mukhil Foods” - The idea was conceived by our founder, Mrs.Sathya Bhagavathi, when she had the arduous task of naturally resolving family’s health issues without much medication. Sathya is a firm believer that food can be medicine (உணவே மருந்து) and was looking for healthier food alternatives. Through her research, she came upon the numerous benefits of millets, traditional rice & other traditional natural food ingredients like Moringa, Curry Leaf, Garlic etc., She started preparing healthy dishes/food products that would please his kid as well as elder ones in her family. She switched her family’s diet to a healthier millets/traditional rice based one & managed to restore health.

Sathya wanted to share her family’s healthy lifestyle experiences to the world, so that everyone will have Healthier Choices & Happier Life. After a lot of research, trail & errors, she formulated the first commercial product, Multi-Millets Dosa Mix in a ready to mix powdered form, which would suit the younger generation as well as elder ones. Thus a homemaker’s kinder heart have taken her leap forward to the next journey & new Homepreneur was born as – “Mukhil Foods”.
